The Northside Economic Opportunity Network (N.E.O.N.) is a North Minneapolis community-based organization whose mission is to expand economic opportunities and build wealth for North Minneapolis residents through the creation, growth and development of small businesses in the North Minneapolis area.
Our Vision
N.E.O.N.’s vision is to help create a prosperous, sustainable North Minneapolis in collaboration with other public and private efforts with a visible presence of new and expanded businesses along West Broadway and other Northside commercial corridors. N.E.O.N. draws on the talents of partner organizations and its own staff resources to provide a wide array of services that raise the quality of life for North Minneapolis residents by creating and expanding economic opportunities for North Minneapolis residents who start, own, and operate businesses.
