Neal St. Anthony of The Star Tribune reported on the work being done, from the recent groundbreaking by NEON client TRI-Construction, The Jay and Rose Phillips Family Foundation, and NEW RULES on the 927 building to "the still-developing Resolute, scheduled for construction next summer, several blocks southwest of the Capri."
