U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar wished us well earlier this year on the Grand Opening of our NEON Collective Kitchens! Omar was instrumental in securing $1 million in Community Project Funding for our NEON Collective Kitchens build as part of the 2021 House Appropriations Bill. Our sincere thanks to Representative Omar for her dedication and support of the Northside and North Minneapolis food entrepreneurs!

Our thanks to U.S. Senator Tina Smith for her continuous support as we worked to bring NEON Collective Kitchens to life! Senator Smith was with us in person for our October 2024 ground breaking, and sent these remarks to acknowledge and be a part of our Grand Opening celebration.
