Crystal Lerma loves to dress and has a keen eye for fashion. After realizing how infrequently her clothing was worn, she ventured into entrepreneurship to open a upscale thrift store so that her customers could take advantage of the California retail market - in the midwest.
Crystal has built her business model on accommodating her clientele, offering extended business hours and appointments to make customers feel special from the time they walk in to the time they walk out. The experience will keep you coming back for more!
Crystal describes her ideal client as one who looks to dress "outside of the box" with fashion, those seeking a fashion makeover and refreshed self image. Crystal describes her clientele as those ranging from a variety of shapes and sizes from extra small to 3X.
In the future, Crystal would like to continue bringing fashion to the home of her customers online, while offering high fashion retail products to areas lacking quality clothing options.
Crystal has worked with NEON through attending and selling as a vendor at NEON's retail pop-up events and eventually became a client and friend of NEON.
