Jaequan and Jerome Faulkner came to NEON to learn more about how to start a business from beginning to end - as Jaequan leads the enterprise with a passion to start his own business as a young man in North Minneapolis.
As part of the Northside Food Business Incubator, Jaequan will receive expert guidance and mentorship with hopes of owning a restaurant of his own some day.
