At NEON, we believe in creating pathways that build wealth for entrepreneurs in Minneapolis and surrounding communities. For the past four years, Frank Oliver has operated Seasons Property Maintenance – specializing in lawn care, property maintenance, painting, cleaning, hauling and snow removal services. Prior to working with NEON, Frank was an employee of a local lawn care company. Like many entrepreneurs, Frank decided to leap into business ownership after discovering an intrinsic push into a new direction.
“I came to a point in life where I was tired of working for someone else and not getting credit for it. I knew in the back of my head that I wanted to be a business owner. I realized I could do it for myself and knew I wanted to do my own thing. Owning my own business is an indescribable feeling. There is no right or wrong way to start your own business. It’s all a learning experience. NEON showed me what I needed to do to be successful.”
